ear problems

We have a 500 pound feeder calf that has ear problems. His ears are drooping and the soft tissue inside the ear is swelled. Could this be from water in the ear or could the halter be causing pressure and bruising the er butt

Sounds like he might have an ear infection. Mycoplasma is usually the organism that is involved. Probably best to call your vet and ask about what is the best medication to give.
