Re: Mountaineer Madness Posted by Chris, OH on August 28, 2009, 8:30 am, in reply to "Re: Mountaineer Madness" 206.53.153.X The show was not the greatest, horrible barns, tied n a horse barn, show ring had a foot n a half of sand, management couldn't get a judge, the wash racks were so bad we left n broke down at home, and reedsville has some crazy weather. Last year 27 degressin October, burrrr.... The judge that they did have never commented once on feet and legs and therefore the sand wasn't a variable in the placings, which helped more people than hurt them. I am sorry that you did not have a good time but $1000 is a lot of money especially for calves born after January 1 of the current year. Also the only people that showed from Ohio won Grand Champion Heifer.  Post a Response
