We have a Heat Wave Cow, last year she was a first time heifer and we bred her A.I. on a Shiver bull. Shiver bull's are successively to throw 65 pound rats. Last year she had her calf, late and it was backwards coming out. 3 hours later after the vet came out, he cut the calf out inside of her. It was a 115 heifer calf. We think it was the Heat Wave genetics in her. This year we put her on an Ali son, pasture bull. She calved a 90 pound bull calf.
Hope that helps.
