Shorthorn Registration Problems

Hi! Is anyone else still having problems with the ASA registry office? I had a buyer that waited 5 months to get his registration papers and it was only after he called and bugged them that they were processed. AND today I just found out that they have been holding papers of mine since last September! I had been told that the problems were resolved, but it looks like they're up to the same old thing...
