Making weight

I have a steer that weighed in at 750 lbs on june 20th and i need to have him at 1000 lbs by august 18th. i need help putting weight on and was wondering what people out there thought would be best to put more weight on. right now he is on full feed of cracked corn and oats with as much hay and water as he wants. also whats a good feed to finish out show steers. any info is appreciated thanks
