have the vet put a pin in thru the vaginal wall up thru the hip. has a big washer on it that keeps vagina from prolapsing and calf can pass thru with no problems and you don't need to be there. after she calves remove it and give her some antibiotics. she'll be fine. have used these for several years when needed. sell the cow, it'll only get worse.
