If she is on the fatter side (BCS of 7+) it would be ok to breed her now. Just to be sure you could wait 11 days and give her a shot of Lutalyse then breed her on that heat. This way you would know if she is actually cycling or it was a false heat. Otherwise, you should AI at 12 hours after standing heat.
