when to breed cow

i have a nice white faced cow and she just gave birth june 1st and she came in heat today on july 8th, she was standing heat at 9:00am and at 12:00 noon and was wondering what time i should breed her AI. or should i wait the next heat cycle since she only has 38 days between her calf birth?
