I've had calves like that out of Heatwave, Heatseeker, All About You, Jazz, Carnac, Ground Zero, Strictly Business, Double Vision, off the top of my head. I've also had calves by each of these bulls that were 75 pounds that a heifer could have had. Breed any cow to a club calf bull and you are taking your chances with the unpredictable nature of these genetics. Do all that you can to maximize your chances, keep a close watch at calving time, and hope and pray for the best, or take a herd of commercial Angus, breed them calving ease Angus, Galloway, Lowline, or the like, and sleep easy at night. It's very difficult to find the middle ground.
