Well, I would agree that they are not very communicative or productive, but I don't think they really owe the fans anything. As far as official information, I don't think that there really *is* any to give out either. In the past Tom has said that he would be shopping around for a label on at least three different occassions in three different years, and nothing really came of it. They also said they'd have a live dvd from the 2002 tour out which never happened, and there was talk about the new album from 1998-2002, but nothing there either.
I think it's perfectly fine that they are not saying anything about these things now, because honestly there may not be any developments and I think it is good that they don't want to give their fans false hopes. Jeff said recently that he doesn't think Cinderella will do another album or that Tom will release a solo album. I think its strange that such a prolific songwriter as Tom is, he doesn't want to get his music out there to people, but that's just me. He has the right to do whatever he wants. I'm just thankful that they've given me so much enjoyment over the years as it is.
