I feel the same way....I think that Marshall Crown really loved Dulcey, but was more afraid for her safety if it was known. If you saw the episode 'Whitey', you'll see how Marshall Crown was willing to give up his reputation as a lawman to get her back. Great episode by the way, one of my favorites.
