Hi all - Tuesday night on "Murder She Wrote" (Hallmark Channel at midnight) was an episode called "Powderkeg" Stuart Whitman was one of the guest stars. He played the father of a character that was killed. I've seen it before but taped it last night. I haven't watched it yet, but I remember from seeing it before that in one scene he wore bib overalls with what appeared to be a thermal shirt and was chopping wood. My goodness! As in most of his later roles, he had gained some weight, but he still looked good! Unfortunately, like alot of guest roles, there just wasn't enough of him.
I would have let ya'll know about the appearance, but I came across it by accident. I do know that he'll be on "Simon and Simon" again on the Sleuth Channel. I believe it's August 12 at 1:00pm (est). I'll make sure and let you know. Hopefully some of you that didn't get the channel can get it now.
