I agree. I always thought it should have been the pilot. It explained alot about the characters and the entire situation in the "Strip". And as for Dulcey, she did seem smitten with him from the very beginning on the train. Can't say I blame her.

: I have always been very confused about
: this episode. It is one of my
: favorites because it explains how
: all of the characters first met.
: But I have always wondered why it
: was not the first episode? I believe
: it was the third. Dulcey seemed to
: be smitten with the Marshall from
: the very beginning. It seemed as
: though it should have been the pilot
: for the series.

: Amen! I think most of us here would
: agree with that statement.
:
: Watched Saturday's ep, "The
: Battleground". I love the
: scene when Jim and Dulcey are
: talking and he gets upset and sort
: of yells at her - telling her she's
: going to get hurt. I love his
: response when she tells him it can't
: happen because he's there. She has
: all this trust in him already and
: he's like - as if I don't have
: enough to worry about! Anyway,
: I just thought it was kind of neat.

: I would just like Stuart Whitman to
: know that's he's one of the sexy,
: most handsome guys to ever be a
: cowboy!!! We loved CS and hated that
: it was short and sweet but here in
: AZ it comes on every Sat morning so
: we ride with the gang then and are
: still lovin' it.
:
: Thanks for always having updates
