Hey Paula!
Just caught up with the messages. Actually, because I was a shy kid from the womb to about oh .. 50, well, maybe not quite that old.. my husband was more or less a security blanket for me.. but after awhile I had to grow up and well, long story short.. divorced about 4 years now... I like being single and I'm kinda catching up on the partying... strictly tame tho it be..I go out alone and I come home alone... my libation of choice is wine.. red or white.. doesn't matter.. oh and Grey Goose when I switch to martinis.. and the dress was all sequins but very pale pastels.. tints of aqua and rose and seafoam.. it's one of my favourite 'do up the town' frocks .. I do enjoy getting all duded .. make that dudette'd up... and as long as people stand back a-ways...or are my age and their eyesight isn't as clear as it used to be.. well.. I feel better about myself now then I ever did! Thanx again for the address. I mailed off a letter yesterday, and I hope if it's read, it's taken in the spirit with which it was intended.. with fondness and a sigh of 'geesh..some of these younger women have all the luck'..:D
