I'm still here. I was hoping someone would write in soon. I know it is getting to be vacation season and sometimes things get slow on this site. I'm really happy that you were able to get a response from Mr. Whitman. I wrote a few years ago and never got a response. Don't know if he ever received it. I also purchase ebay items on occasion. It sure is a handy place to pick up memorabilia you probably would never be able to find anywhere else. I sure wish we would get an update from Randy. I often wonder if he still is in contact with Mr. Whitman. Randy used to keep us informed of any recent news. I never hear anything about Mr. Whitman. I do not know if there is anything in the local California magazines or newspapers on him. I know he is very active in the local Santa Barbara political scene and is still quite active in the business world. Just wondering if his name comes up locally. Maybe if someone from his area reads this they could give us any news as to his activities or how he is doing.
