Since August of 2008, Grouply has methodically infiltrated just about every group of size in Yahoo. It has spread like a virus, clogging the management records and action files of infected
groups. This thorn-like distraction is spread by Grouply members who join or already belong to unsuspecting Yahoo groups.
As I pointed out in an earlier message a few months ago, Grouply requires members to disclose their Yahoo ID and password. This idiotic acceptance by Grouply members to "turn over" their
Yahoo ID and password goes against everything we've ever learnedfrom day one of the Internet and the protection of ones e-mail - you don't give out your password to anyone!
Armed with thousands and thousands of Yahoo ID's and passwords, Grouply computer operators have access to nearly every Yahoo account held by a Grouply member. This allowsGrouply operators to access Yahoo groups, copy member lists, files, photos and anything else they may deem of value or interest. Additionally, Grouply uses member e-mail boxes to send SPAM without the account holder even knowing it. Most of the SPAM is sort of like a "chain letter" operation - invitations to others to join Grouply thereby further expanding the grip of Grouply.
Our MyBustyLaLa group has been attack over 2000 timesin the past 4 months in which we've been successful in blocking all but maybe 2 or 3 events. Just one Grouply controled e-mail box
alone was responsible for over 250 attempts. We moderate most all incoming traffic and do not make the members list viewable - Grouply
operators can not see nor copy our members list.
Our intent here is to protect the security and privacy of each member while maintaining an interesting forum for exchanging adult ideas,
photos, files and other related information.
Kim
ps I want to hear your thoughts on this thank you
