That would depend on how serious she is to quit smoking, whether she's quitting cigarettes in general or quitting smoking altogether. I would probably suggest to you to tell her the truth. Tell her about your fetish and how sexy she would look smoking a big cigar. Ask her if she would be willing to try smoking cigars. Just be basic and honest with her. She may decide to try it, who knows..
