Hi does anyone know what the deal is with Colight?
I ordered Puffin' from them over a month ago and they've taken my money but no dvd arrived. I've tried emailing a few times, but no reply. I live in the UK, (although I'm also a US citizen), and have heard of this happening to a few other UK customers. Are they purposely ripping us off or can anyone explain?
I will be returning to the US sometime soon, (not looking forward to that!), and will track these guys down and sort them out, unless I hear from them!
