First let me say thanks to everyone who sent their prayers and best wishes my way through this hard time I am facing. I talke to coach Terry and told him I would put the time and place of my mother's funeral up for anyone who felt compelled to attend. I know this is short notice so I won't be upset if I don't see anyone there.
Funeral will be Friday August 21, which is today from 3pm to 9 pm, at McKeon Funeral Home. McKeon Funeral home is located on the corner of 3700 S. Lowe Ave., which is two blocks east of Halsted St. Like I said this is very short notice so I don't expect to see many people from th team, but if by chance anyone makes it I will be glad to see you. For those of you who cannot make it I am sure you will be thinking of me when you are not thinking about beating the Lions. Once again I appreciate all of the prayers that everyone has sent me and my mother.
