Does he have enough money to purchase a station(s), which he is the boss and can be on air?
Lot of you will wince, but society and radio culture has changed. He could very well be back on air somewhere. He could be placed on weekend or part time shifts to gauge listener interest. Chicago and radio itself has had no problem ignoring DUI's, arrests and even R Kelley for years.
