Current Facility: 250 Watts Day, 6 Watts Night
The CP is for 1,500 Watts during the day from a cornfield in Minooka, assuming it gets built.
For Critical Hours, it will switch back to the current site, with 250 Watts. For Night, 6 watts from the current site.
Basically adding another site for day, while keeping the old site as is for Critical Hours and Night.
