A few years back, WXRT had the right idea. They played all kinds of Christmas songs from all kinds of artists in the evenings - stuff you would never hear on WLIT. Like songs from Bob Dylan's Christmas album or Joseph Spence's "Santa Claus is Coming to Town"
Joseph Spence - "Santa Claus is Coming to Town"
Bob Dylan - "Must be Santa"
There's better lists out there, but here's some other ones they need to stop playing immediately:
"Santa Claus is Coming to Town" = Fake News
"O' Come all Ye Faithful" = Atheists excluded
"God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" = Anti-Feminist
"Let it Snow" = Unfair to those where snow is sparse
"Do You Hear What I Hear" = insensitive to hearing impaired
"I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus" = promotes adultery
"All I Want for Christmas is You" = Stalking
"Winter Wonderland" = dismisses wonderlands that don't have winter
"Its the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" = exclusive against other holidays and seasons
