If it is a goner, you will see another religious broadcaster snap it up. Or a LPFM or translator (if the rules are not being broken) and the price can be justified. There is no profitable way that a broadcaster can sustain it on its own.
By having another religious programmer purchasing it, also removes another frequency from terrestrial competition. So this is a bonus for the broadcasters on the air right now. (Not including LPFM & translators: 92.5, 94.3, 97.9. 99.9).
