WLEY-HD3. It is an Indian format station from New Jersey. They speak in English and Indian. The target is also Pakistanian.

98.3 is LPFM (Low Power), they are not translators.

W280EM-FM Chicago is off the air due to interference complaints and alleged illegal use of excessive power. The closest LPFM is in Channahon and Translator is in Peru, IL

There are no HD4's. A few Chicago broadcasters use HD3. Are you from out of town? Can't you hear any of these?
