iHeart has a lot of radio stations in very small markets running mostly Premium Choice programming. Few staff. Entire clusters of this. Many of these they really have no business in, considering that a smaller broadcaster with a better connection to the local community could do better. Examples of this include Mason City, IA and Charles City, IA (They had stations that were sold to smaller, local broadcasters and are now super serving their local areas) Examples: Sioux City, IA Eau Claire, WI Minot, ND Albany, GA Ogallala, NE Lima, OH Beaumont, TX just to name a few
