Hubbard can buy 1 more station, as they own 4 station, with WDRV & WWDV simulcasting. In major markets (I believe the top 50 - 75 markets), a station can own a total of 8 stations, with a maximum of 5 on the same band. If they bought any station, I believe they would buy WLUP, and the station would be back in their portfolio, & complement The Drive. The only way they could get away with buying WKQX as well, is if they can get a waiver from the FCC for the WWDV station, and that won't happen.
As for Entercom, they can't buy any stations, as they're already at their limit on the FM dial.
