On Radio-Locator, the Downtown translator is listed as WTMX and the NW side one is listed as WLEY, R-I justs lists what the FCC applications show, not what usually airs on the translators.
These two translators on 95.1 are being supplied thru WLEY HD 2, 107.9 is WLEY HD 1, which is what you hear over the air on 107.9.
The reason this is done is because WIIL's signal from Kenosha(Union Grove, WI.) can't legally put translators on in Chicago. It's a legal loophole and it makes WLEY money because they are leasing out the HD 2 signal to WIIL.
On the Radio-Locator maps you can click on the +/- buttons in the bottom right corner of the map to zoom in on your area closer.
