The vet missed this one......!!
Last year my roommate purchased a mare who had been serviced once by
A.I. to Coin's Adonis, and declared not in foal. She rode the trails
and enjoyed her mare all summer, but during the winter her travel
schedule with work became hectic so she placed the mare in training
with me to get the "Christmas pounds" off her. But she only got
fatter...and...you can guess the rest..
SOLITAIRE'S APRIL MAGIC #954031 is an easy breeder, has excellent head
shaking, deep walking gait with a natural crooked hind leg and driving
rear end. Does three gaits. Was shown at Youth show by 13 year old
girl last year in bareback, water glass, etc. also shown Trail
Pleasure & Lite Shod.
She's big, black with a star, nice long tail. FILLY IS IDENTICAL.
There is a top Celebration or International ribbon just waiting for
the owner who competes with this pair in Mare and Foal. April is
trained to pose and was shown and placed 2nd in Mare & Foal at SWHBA
Futurity show last fall.
The filly was born March 26th, and moves great. She will make a nice
show weanling on her own. Eligible for Coin's Adonis Breeders
Incentive $2500 prizes (in both Weanling and Yearling year) at SWHBA
Futurity.
