I was told that the name Nantz sound like a german jewish is there anyone out there that can tell me? I am also seeking information on the Katz family I don't have much information except that my ggrandmother's name was Leana Katz she married a Julian, my grandmother's name was Edna Julian, She died before I was born and so did my grandfather, my mother does'nt have much information but one of her brothers told me that ggrandmother use to talk about comming over to america when she was a little girl, he thought they came from holland, If anyone has information on these names I would gladly share all information I have.
