Promotion/Relegation

I notice people have been mentioning Ryman Division One as our next stop should we get relegated. Not that it is going to happen of course but given all our Essex friends are in the Eastern Division of the Southern League I imagine this is where we would end up.
My understanding is all the teams that go up and down from the various leagues will be placed in the most appropriate league for the next season.
