i have had a perm every since i was 17 years old, i am 39 now i have med to coarse hair, i am going natural no more perms i want to press my hair how do i go back to doing that with this perm i really never needed a perm in the first place i have a nice grade of hair my natural hair is wavy in the roots of my hair. please help me.
