You can get "Kay Vel" or as some call it "Kay Val" from Beauty Plus in New Haven, CT. www.melsbeautyplus.com. I have gotten things from them and had no problems. Plus I got my Kay Vel quick.Hard to find black hair care products, like Kay Vel or Kay Val Creme
