I have been looking for this too! I used to live in NYC and we (the salon) used to get it from a distributor in NJ. He may have died because I can't find it anywhere! I used to get it from Harlem or the Bronx also, but both supply houses have since closed. Please respond to this e-mail, so if I find it, I'll let you know and vice versa.
