Try using TOP BRASS MEDICATED FORMULA. Its the blue tube/box.It is sold in the men's grooming isle of any local BSS. I find that this is the ONLY thing that work for my chronic dandruff. I also have exzema. This product is a light creme hairdressing that doesn't weight your hair down. I find that it works well for natural or relaxed hair. But you have to use twice a day for about a week or until the problem clears up. if u see no improvement after two weeks, see a dermatologist.
