We are in the process of purchasing an answering service in Northern New Jersey and will be terminating the DID's at the CO and converting them to Remote Call Forward Numbers. AT&T is saying 4 weeks to do this. Does anyone know a way to expedite the process or why it would take so long? From my limited knowledge, this is a simple software change, correct? Any comments or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
