I have a SBX 18 Series 2 installation & Mantenance manual this is the Australian version.
I can email parts of the manual to anyone that request it.( The manual has no schematics or circuits )
Common faults I have found with the system are:
1. noise on all extentions which turns out to be dried up electo's in the switching regulator in the main unit that produces all the system voltages.
1.I replaced capacitors around the heatsinks & other parts that run hot. I used 105deg C temp rated capacitors.
2. I had a problem also with one tant capacitor go short circuit on an exten & replaced it.
The only problems the system has now is the plastic cases the system is starting to get real yellowish & brittle with old age.
