I worked for Bell Canada for 37 years. Love your CO Page. Over the years I worked in #5Xbar, SA1, and Microwave Radio Route. Later as Technical Assistant for DMS200, 100, 10 and DMS1U. So much for the history.
I now have a team of Local customer service techs in a call center for a CLEC. We use an automated test system to test the customers POTS lines. These people never worked for a telco before and definately not in outside plant. I worked as a repairman in 1975 when I first started with MT&T but have forgoten alot. Does anyone know if there is an old document sitting around or on the web that gives a good overview of the various resistance measurements and interperting faults associated with these measurements. I help them alot but all those years facts seem to get blurred.
