Try the Lucent Customer Information Center (CIC) Most of that stuff is still available. The Circuit Description (CD) and Schematic Drawings (SD) are fairly reasonably priced when you consider the cost of copying large sheets at Kinkos. The Bell System Practices, on the other hand are quite high.
