My father in law owns a small farm and has been leasing a central office to Verison telephone company in northern Wisconsin for 20 years. The central office is a small metal building 8 feet by 10 feet with a lot size of 100 feet by 50 feet and easement to the county road. What would be a reasonable anual lease amount? Right now he is only getting about $800 per year.
