I used to install and maintain these systems, along with quite a few others, when I worked for the NZPO, and later, Telecom. I still have most of my manuals hidden away somewhere. If you still need info from the manual, let me know, and I'll have a hunt for it. I'm hoping to have a scanner up and running shortly, so I should be able to email you a copy, with a bit of luck.
