I reciently put together a course on Basic Telephony for the company I work for. I found alot of pictures from various sites on the web, but I didn't find any real dood diagrams so I had to draw them myself, from my experience (37 years with Pacific Bell, most with switching). The course I put together is very basic. If you will e-mail me with details of what you are looking for, along with your e-mail address, I'd be happy to send you some drawings.
