Dear Costumers,

We wanted to give you an update on the Fireplaces:

The day we started shipping the fireplaces we noticed a previously unseen flaw in one of the fireplace parts. Fortunately, FedEx and USPS had not come by yet to pick of the packages. So, no flawed fireplaces were shipped. We attempted to fix the flaw but, alas, it has turned out to be bigger than first expected and can not be repaired.

We have already started the process or repouring the part . If all goes well we should be ready to ship again in 10 days.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our collectors. As you know, we are committed to quality. Bob and I are very uncomfortable shipping anything to a collectors that we, ourselves, would not accept.
