I agree that there are some very overpriced plastic or vinyl fashion dolls out there. There are also plenty of absurdly priced resin "art" dolls. A new "play" resin doll, and one that is affordable to boot, would not only be refreshing, but as I've mentioned, very unique.

And personally, if it came down to waiting 3-4+ years for a doll or spending a little extra money, I'd definitely spend a little more... not too much more, though!

I'm really looking forward to the ballet stuff coming out. I can't wait for the new dolls, of course, but also I'm dying for some costumes I've seen sneak previews of, as well as the ballet bar, and the warm up set Bogie mentioned some time last year. Hooray for Clea!!
