TMJ

Hi,
My name is chris and i was diognosed with TMJ about a year ago and was then put on a orthopedic. I wore the orthopedic for about 5 mounths and slowely stopped wearing it. But recently i have been starting to feel the symptoms that i use to, but unfortunately i lost the orthapedic and to replace it will cost me $1600! So i am looking for other ways to try to relieve this reoccuring pain. I was wondering if anyone could help me out or what i should do.Or if someone knows where i could get the orthopedic cheaper. Thankyou.
