Hi everyone -- I have VEDS (diagnosed in 2002). It also seems that both of my iliac arteries are occluded and small veins have grown around this down to the femoral arteries. But, of course, the circulation in my legs is not good. I have two questions. First, I have tried taking Pletal to help with circulation but I got extremely dizzy - so I have to stop taking it. I try to exercise all I can, but the pain can get very intense, very soon. Does anyone know of any other therapy out there for this? My second question is -- My vascular surgeon has told me I do not have an occlusive artery disease, so I wonder why my iliacs are occluded? Any suggestions? My doc does not seem to think it is important, but I have to wonder if this is a progressive thing.
