- Problems with emailing individual records?

Is anyone else having problems when patrons e-mail individual records to themselves? I've had four patrons tell me in the last month that the grantmaker records they had emailed to themselves never showed up in their inbox or spam folders.

Hello Kate,
We have not heard of this problem from any of our subscribers and have also checked this in our library (again with no problem). Could it be that your users are not entering in their e-mail address into *both* the "Your e-mail" and "Recipient's e-mail" fields?

Hm. It could be. If no one else is having troubles, I'll have to go over the process again with patrons to make sure they are doing it correctly. Thanks Kief!
