ready set raise Posted by andrea herman on 6/29/2009, 6:57 pm During Virtual Network Days, a DVD called Ready, Set, Raise was mentioned: http://www.grassrootsfundraising.org/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=G&Product_Code=ready_set_raise_dvd Jimmy Tom suggested buying it and having a public viewing at the library. Would that count as one of the required training sessions? --Andrea  Post a Response Re: ready set raise Posted by Kief Schladweiler on 7/1/2009, 1:06 pm, in reply to "ready set raise" Hello Andrea, Showing a video/DVD would "count" toward our training requirement only if you had an enhanced session where you presented some brief information about the CC and its resources followed by the viewing and then a facilitated discussion - in other words an actual training, not just a video showing. You could invite an outside speaker - someone from AFP - for instance. Thanks and I hope this helps.
