Hi all,
This came up in the meetup discussion:
I use Hootsuite to help me manage my twitter account. It allows me to schedule my tweets in advance, shorten URLs and monitor how many people are clicking on your links.

I have been using tweetdeck too, but have recently learned about journotwit. It doesn't seem to have quite as many features, but is browser based so I can access it from any computer.

I use TweetDeck and it makes "tweeting" a whole lot easier!!

Kief - It looks live you've got to download TweetDeck. Is that right?
On a daily basis I might be using 6 different computers... which makes it a bit more difficult.

Hi Andrea,
Yes, it is something that needs to be downloaded. It does make managing Twitter a lot easier though. Maybe start by trying it on one computer. If you like it you can always add it to the other terminals. If not, you can always remove it. But I think you'll find it worth a look. You can check it out here (http://tweetdeck.com/beta).

I have not heard of TweetDeck. What can this do that Hootsuite does not. [So much to learn..., so little time!]
