- laptops

Can we log patrons in to Foundation Directory Online if they have their laptops in the library and are using our wi-fi? I was told I could do it for a disabled patron if I typed the password in and told the computer not to save it, but I don't know if that was a one-time exception, or if it's OK for all patrons.

Hello Andrea,
This should be fine as long as access is through the library's network and use is restricted to the one library location designated as the collection. You should however, make sure that the username and password are not given out to your patrons.
