Survey to get feedback Posted by Valerie Jackson on 1/7/2008, 10:07 am Hello, I am the beginning stages of developing a survey/questionnaire for those who use the FC database at our CC to find out if they found a grant, if they completed a grant application, and if they received funds. Do any CC supervisors use questionnaires to obtain feedback about their library?
